My Custom Pet Artwork
We can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed. So far we have created unique masterpieces for dogs, cats, bunnies and birds.
In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews.
Yes! You can have up to three pets on one product for additional charges:
- One pet: Free
- Two pets: +6.00€
- Three pets: +12.00€
Skip the Line is an optional add on to push your order to the front of our production queue. By moving ahead in our queue, your order will be finished and on the way to you quicker than orders without this option. Please note that it does not change the shipping speed or transit time.
If you followed our Photo Guide, then yes yo ur photo is very likely good enough to use.
- Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
- Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet
- They don't need to be looking at the camera
- Try to get a close up so we can see your pet's unique features
- Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo
- Ensure that the fur color in the photo is not affected by bad lighting. If the fur in the photo is not accurate to real life, the fur in the artwork won't be either
We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email.
If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.
Please note that if you refuse to provide a new photo after we have informed you that the original photo may not result in best quality artwork, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibiility to ensure that you are happy with the photo you provide.
Yes! We are happy to help with changes as long as you reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your order being placed. Since we get started on orders right away, after 24 hours most changes, including adress updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in rare cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
Production & Shipping
Your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 weeks after the order has been made.
All orders are Insured & Tracked.

While we always strive to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and shipped out first. For example, if you order a
framed poster and a phone case, the phone case may arrive separately.
Yes, we ship internationally!
Yes, you will get a tracking number via email once the order will be sent out. All orders are insured and fully tracked. Please note, sometimes tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds
We begin work on each order immediately after they are placed. To cancel an order, you must email email@example.com within 24 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund. If 24 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a 8€ fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.
Even though we take extra care with packaging and handling, in rare cases your order may get damaged once it leaves our hands.
Please email us photos or videos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work fast to get a replacement.
As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet we do not accept returns/refunds.
If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you.
