SHIPMENTS
All consignee names, address and payers name should be valid. We do not held responsibility for orders that had incorrect information and will not offer any compensation in such cases. All shipments are sent from different warehouses and are delivered duty unpaid therefore customer is responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges. If you have not received your package you must inform us as soon as possible so we can look into it and give you an exchange (not if you gave wrong information). To have opportunity to get an exchange you must inform us in 1 month after your estimated delivery time has passed.
